Cancellation Policy
 

At Skin Perfection by Raluca, we kindly ask all clients to respect our 48-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments can be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or failure to attend your appointment (no-shows), will result in a 50% charge of the booked service total. This will be automatically charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
