This 45-minute one-to-one consultation is designed for new clients who would like professional guidance before choosing a treatment. We’ll take time to discuss your skin concerns, current skincare routine, previous treatments and your goals, followed by a detailed assessment of your skin. I’ll explain which treatments I feel would be most suitable for you and create a personalised treatment plan based on your individual needs — with no pressure to book.

The £35 consultation fee is fully redeemable against your first recommended skin treatment when booked within 14 days of your consultation. Perfect if you’re concerned about pigmentation, ageing, acne scarring, texture, dehydration, sensitivity or simply don’t know where to start.

Cancellation Policy – Personalised Skin Consultation & Treatment Plan

At Raluca Skin & Head Spa, I kindly ask all clients to give at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

No-shows and appointments missed without the required notice may be charged 100% of the treatment price, in line with the booking terms shown at the time of booking.
